Return Policy
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS 100% GUARANTEED GENERAL MERCHANDISE POLICY:

All returns will be accepted within 30 days from Original ship date. After the 30 days, ONLY STORE CREDIT will be given. See policy for inkjet/toner cartridges.

If you are requesting an even exchange of any item due to being defective, RMAs will be given within 180 days from original shipment date. However, we retain the right not to service a customer who abuses our return policy system.

All un-needed or incorrectly ordered items are subject to 15% restocking fee.

We do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fees. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. This includes return shipping fees.

We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We strongly recommend you send your return using a shipping company that provides you insurance and a tracking number for your package.
- Any product that has been used more than 50% will be evaluated and/if credit due, will be issued on an individual basis.
- All purchases made through a retail store must be returned to the place of purchase.

Purchases made directly through our website or customer service department may be returned directly to us. We cannot accept items that have been used or items purchased from another website or retailer.

Please insure that you return manuals and all accessories are inclosed with your return. All Returns MUST be in original packaging, or product packaging. (Please NO writings or markings on original packaging) Also, to expedite your return we request that you enclose a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase.

To return a product, you MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) prior to returning the item. All returned items must be received within (10) days of the issuance of the RMA # and return instructions. Failure to do so could result in a delay of a refund or a exchange.

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. If you are eligible for a refund, we will take every step possible to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt of returned items. Note that credit card companies can take up to 30 days to process a credit from a merchant.

INKJET/TONER CARTRIDGES POLICY:
- All remanufactured inkjet/toner cartridges, are covered by a 45-day warranty from the shipment date.
- Prior to returning your cartridge, you MUST obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Please call 866-424-1901.
- Return the cartridge with a note including your name, address, phone number, order number, description or sample of the problem.
- No replacements or credits will be issued without a returned cartridge, cartridges that are less than half full, cartridges without the Universal label, or when the cartridge has been tampered in any way.

Our professionally REMANUFACTURED cartridges use the original manufacturer's brand inkjet/laser cartridges body which have been used, cleaned, tested and recharged with our own premium Ink/toner. The original manufactures have not manufactured, sponsored or approved of the recharging of these cartridges. We are solely responsible for this product.
NOTE: All packages received without a RA# number on the outside of the package will not be processed and will be returned to sender.
CONTINUOUS INK STSTEMS RETURNS:
All CIS Systems are factory tested. If you receive a CIS unit that you feel is defective, it must be returned for testing before a replacement is shipped.
If the CIS unit is functioning properly, you will have the option of having us return the unit to you or if returned within 30 days, a refund of the purchase less the amount of shipping costs.
